Since 1923, Salumificio Lombardi is specialized in the production of typical Tuscan Salami and specifically of fresh sausage, Salami Tuscan, finocchiona or salami with fennel, spicy salami and bacon. The Company skills permit to adapt to new markets and produce various salamis of different sizes to meet all current and future requests of the protagonists of the GDO and Normal Trade.

Thanks to the support of a young team offering attractive services, the point of strenght of Salumificio Lombardi versus competitors is made by flexibility to produce customized products.

Salumificio Lombardi is a salamis' factory about 1200 square meters, modern renovated and expanded in accordance with CE Certification. It counts approximately 15 employees with an annual production growth. The wide range of products meets all needs for high quality, keeping constant attention to criterion of craftsmanship. The company has been operating successfully in European markets for all these years. In 2005 we reach the Quality Certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. In 2013 we have been authorized by the Consorzio Prosciutto Toscano slicing Prosciutto Toscano DOP, and in 2015 Certificated IGP Finocchiona.
